Recommended Financial Products, Books, Etc.
As teachers, we too often get the short end of the financial stick (predatory 403Bs for example), but there are other options! Below is a list of financial services, products, and books that I think are really great and/or I use myself.
These are affiliate or referral links. As such I will receive financial compensation if you use them which does present a conflict of interest. Please always do your due diligence when choosing a financial product or service.

Nectarine
Financial advice doesn't need to cost exorbitant amounts, and it shouldn't be accompanied by a sales pitch. That's where Nectarine comes in. Get an hour of financial advice from a professional for between $150 and $250--NO sales pitch included.
Fidelity
Financial Products like your IRA, HSA, or even your 403b (if they are an approved vendor) shouldn't have fees higher than 1%. That's why I use Fidelity. They have low-fee products and a great interface. What more can you ask for? (Make sure to check the fees for each fund within Fidelity as fees fluctuate from fund to fund). If you want to open an account, I would appreciate it if you used my referral link.

High Yield Savings Account
Ally Bank
I personally use Ally Bank for my savings. They are easy to use, offer high yields, and the customer service can't be beat (I've never waited on hold longer than 5 minutes, and that is a conservative estimate!). So if you're tired og getting 0.01% on your savings, give Ally a try!
High Yield Bond
Worthy
I'm not a fan of bonds usually, but Worthy Bonds have a high yield, they are completely liquid, and the cost to get in is as low as $10. I use Worthy Bonds as a supplement to my emergency fund. How will you use them?
