Use role-playing and scenarios to see how you will react to the real thing. This is especially helpful with a mock stock exchange because that can get really emotional.
Use challenges to inspire you to reach savings goals. Regardless of your goals, a challenge will tap into your competitive spirit and help get you there.
Remember, the goal is long term, but life is now. You need to balance reaching your long term goals without sacrificing the journey.
